Tom Brady’s former teammate, Randy Moss, said that the quarterback’s departure from the Patriots was partially due to his decision to go “soft.”
The who is tom brady playing for is a question that has been asked many times. In the past, Tom Brady was with the New England Patriots but he is now with the Minnesota Vikings. One of his former teammates said going ‘soft’ contributed to the QB’s departure from the Patriots.
Most NFL eyes will be on Sunday night’s game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New England Patriots, with Tom Brady coming to Foxborough for the first time as an opponent. The game has generated a lot of buzz, and there have been some crazy theories about Brady’s relationship with Patriots head coach Bill Belichick lately. Jermaine Wiggins, a former teammate of Brady’s, had one of those views, claiming that Brady left town because he had “gone soft.”
The time has finally come for Tom Brady to face the Patriots again.

It may go down in NFL history as the most anticipated regular-season game ever. As Patriots supporters want a close-up view of their former quarterback against their team, ticket prices have skyrocketed. Is Brady going to make it personal? Is he trying to get back at Belichick? Who you ask is the determining factor.
Brady’s father expressed dissatisfaction with the way things ended in New England. The Patriots, he felt, did not want Brady back. After seeing his son win his seventh Super Bowl as a member of the Buccaneers in his first season with the club, he claimed he felt vindicated.
“Damn right,” the older Brady remarked almost two weeks ago on the Patriots Talk Podcast with Tom E. Curran. “You’re absolutely correct. Belichick wants him out the door as soon as possible. He tossed 56 touchdowns last season. That was a very excellent year, in my opinion.”
Brady Sr. was then questioned whether he believed his son felt the same way.
He replied, “Damn correct.” “You’re absolutely correct.”
Brady Sr. also said that his son is “overjoyed” that he has left the Patriots.
“I have a hunch Tommy is very grateful for everything that occurred during his time in New England,” he added. “He’s overjoyed that he’s moved on since it was clear that the Patriots regime thought it was time for him to leave.”
Jermaine Wiggins thinks Tom Brady has gone’soft.’
Former NFL tight end Jermaine Wiggins had one opinion on Brady’s departure from Belichick and the Patriots. Wiggins is a frequent on Boston radio station WEEI’s The Greg Hill Show. He also played alongside Brady in 2001, Brady’s first year in the league as a starter. Wiggins said earlier this week that Brady had become “soft” and no longer wanted to play for a tough coach like Belichick. Wiggins attempted to justify himself on Friday.
“If it was another athlete, we’d be like, oh so you don’t want to be coached hard all of a sudden?” if Brady was claiming it was about the way he was coached, getting ridden hard and Belichick’s teaching approach. Wiggins explained. “What do you mean, you’re a softie?”
“If you’re telling me that’s one of the reasons he left, because he couldn’t cope with Bill’s coaching any longer, I’ll believe you. What does this imply? You suddenly don’t enjoy getting called out in a meeting after 19 years of dealing with it?”
When a caller confronted Wiggins about his “soft” remark, the former tight end clarified that Brady was not soft on the field.
Wiggins replied to the caller, “He became soft in the sense that he didn’t want to be taught hard, and he didn’t want to be called out in meetings.”
Brady isn’t looking forward to his ‘homecoming.’
Brady and Patriots supporters will be experiencing a roller coaster of emotions on Sunday night. For the last two decades, those supporters have supported No. 12. Will they continue to support him? Will they continue to support the Patriots? Brady does not anticipate being greeted with open arms.
According to ESPN, Brady remarked, “I wouldn’t anticipate that – a homecoming.” “I mean, I believe they’re there to support their team, which is the Patriots. They’ll root for their team as I would anticipate, and I believe that if they know anything about me, they’ll understand that I’m going out there to win the football game, so I believe they’ll appreciate that about me.”
Brady did make a reference to Bill Belichick. In typical Brady form, he did it with a bland praise.
Brady said of his old coach, “Well, I have 20 years — I have 20 years of being there, and clearly, he’s a tremendous mentor for me.” “And sure, I believe I’ve learnt some valuable things from him. He’s a fantastic football coach who goes above and beyond for his team.”
